Post-install checklist
Use this checklist after activation, before you publish a status page. It is for the WHMCS administrator who installed the addon.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| Addon missing from Addon Modules | Confirm the folder name is exactly UptimeMonitor2 |
| License stays Invalid | Re-enter the SRV-UM2- key and confirm outbound HTTPS to www.uni-art.io |
| Version Blocked | The installed build is newer than the support window. Renew support or install a build released inside that window |
| Force Run does nothing | Enable at least one monitor, then confirm cron or the cron URL |
| Status page is blank | Open Tools and check PHP extensions curl, json, mbstring, and openssl |
Warning
Leave Drop DB on Deactivate off unless you intend to delete monitors, incidents, and subscribers with the addon.
When every row is done, continue with first steps.
