Installation
Requirements
This page lists what your server and WHMCS installation need before installing SRV AI Chatbot. It is intended for the administrator performing the installation.
Compatibility

AI provider account
You need an account and API key with at least one supported AI provider before the assistant can answer questions:
- OpenAI
- Anthropic Claude
- Google Gemini
- Any OpenAI-compatible endpoint (e.g. OpenRouter, DeepSeek, or a self-hosted gateway)
Tip
You can add more than one provider and set a priority order, so the assistant automatically falls back to a secondary provider if the primary one is unavailable. See Managing AI Providers.
License
SRV AI Chatbot requires an active license key issued by ServLayer. Without a valid license, the admin panel shows a license gate screen and the client-area widget does not appear. See Installation & Activation.
